Our Philosophy At Kurotama, every object is a fragment of an artist’s vision, curated to bring a unique atmosphere into your space. Because our collection consists of limited artisan pieces and involves international journeys, we kindly ask you to choose mindfully.
Returns & Exchanges

A Mindful Choice: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind." We encourage you to connect with the piece before bringing it home.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.
Damages and Issues We take great care in our "field control"—from selection to packaging. However, if an item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong object:

Include a photo or a brief video of the item’s condition so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Refunds If a return is accepted due to a quality issue, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping For approved returns due to defects, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to our studio. For any other exceptional circumstances where a return is authorized, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
