Shipping Policy

The Journey of Our Pieces At Kurotama, our collection is a bridge between the artist’s studio in Asia and your space in Australia. To ensure you receive unique, high-quality items that aren’t mass-produced, some of our pieces are shipped directly from our international sourcing studio.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your order to arrive.

  • Processing Time: We take 1 - 3 business days to carefully inspect and pack your items before they begin their journey.

  • Tracking: Once your "soul piece" is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its path to your door.

Shipping Rates

  • Australia Wide: Standard flat rate of $10 AUD.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $90 AUD.

Customs and Import Duties Since some items are shipped internationally, your order may occasionally be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Kurotama is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer. (Note: For most small orders under $1000 AUD entering Australia, this is usually not an issue).

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kurotama is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
